Legal Counsel - Connectivity (Telecoms)

Location: London/Osterley, UK; hybrid working with three days per week in the office. Candidates must be qualified lawyers based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts for technology and telecoms solutions supporting residential and B2B Connectivity.
• Advise commercial, strategy, finance, and other stakeholders on legal and commercial risks.
• Work with hirify.global’s legal Managed Service Provider on contracts, playbooks, and templates.
• Support automation, self-service legal guidance, and the use of AI.
• Develop legal know-how and training materials for colleagues and stakeholders.
• Build relationships across the legal and commercial teams and report progress on matters and objectives.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer based in the UK with the appropriate right to work in the UK.
• Experience in the telecoms and/or technology sector, gained in private practice or in-house.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience working closely with commercial teams and managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build trust, collaborate across the business, and provide clear, concise advice on complex issues.
