What you will do

  • Coordinate with site leadership, the HSE Manager, HSE leads, and other departments to maintain legal and company-standard compliance.
  • Manage legal registers, compliance calendars, permits, licences, regulatory reporting, and HSE documentation.
  • Develop and update risk assessments, deliver related training, and create standard operating procedures.
  • Support the Joint Health and Safety Committee by coordinating meetings, documenting minutes, tracking actions, and supporting audits and inspections.
  • Support incident investigations, corrective actions, hazard identification, and workplace safety improvements across multiple sites.
  • Collect and validate HSE data and implement HSE programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with relevant experience; a degree is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of HSE experience and strong knowledge of HSE regulations and requirements.
  • Written and verbal communication, problem-solving, process improvement, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Ability to work in offices, manufacturing plants, repair facilities, and customer sites, including physical movement through assigned work areas.
