People Business Partner - Warehouse (Retail)

What you will do

• Execute a people plan aligned with warehouse needs and the wider People strategy.
• Partner with warehouse leadership and stakeholders to deliver people solutions and improve operational performance.
• Manage change, employee relations, performance, talent management, and manager development.
• Create, implement, and embed people-focused tools and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Partners and the wider People team while promoting company principles.

Requirements

• HR expertise and successful partnering experience in large, complex warehouse environments.
• Experience working in a unionised setting and a customer-centric or retail environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, talent management, organisational design, and engagement.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate, persuade, influence, and lead change initiatives.
• Ability to analyse data, recommend actions, and work assertively and resiliently under pressure.
