What you will do

• Lead engineering project delivery from feasibility through FAT, SAT, OQ, and PQ.
• Apply project management principles across project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, resources, capital costs, and overhead budgets.
• Coordinate consultants, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
• Manage, mentor, and develop engineers while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive engineering decisions and improvements that optimize safety, quality, cost, compliance, productivity, and plant efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in a highly automated and regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing or supervising technical engineering staff.
• Extensive knowledge of automated manufacturing processes and technical systems in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, and team skills.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office, MS Project, and relevant facility management software such as AutoCAD.
