Senior NPI Engineer (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Transfer product and packaging designs into fully qualified commercial manufacturing processes.
• Develop accurate transfer roadmaps and timelines with technical leads and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate teams to meet internal and customer quality, timeline, and budget commitments.
• Provide regular project status presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive adherence to stage-gate reviews for quality, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Lead product and process improvements using internal and external best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent third-level engineering qualification in polymer, biomedical, mechanical, design, manufacturing, automation, science, or technology.
• At least 4 years of experience for the Senior position.
• Project management experience related to new product introduction.
• Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes, including extrusion, moulding, balloon forming, braiding, packaging, and assembly.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, lead project activities, and support or train less experienced colleagues.
