What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI platform components using Python and modern microservices.
• Drive end-to-end AI system development, including research, experimentation, deployment, scaling, and operations.
• Design secure APIs for safe interaction with AI models and maintain high-performance AI systems.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams to define product vision and deliver customer value.
• Apply engineering, DevOps, security, and operational best practices across AI projects.
• Mentor engineers and promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software engineering, including at least 2 years focused on Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG techniques, fine-tuning, inference, and Generative AI workflows.
• Expertise in Python and relevant frameworks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Experience designing, deploying, and scaling AI platforms and microservices.
• Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, or FAISS.
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or an equivalent field; advanced degree preferred.
