Senior Applied AI Engineer (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Identify automation opportunities with senior technologists and business stakeholders and improve existing workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain internal applications, APIs, dashboards, AI agents, and automation solutions.
• Build and deploy production-grade products using Generative AI technologies and modern AI frameworks.
• Develop data models, database schemas, scalable data access patterns, reusable integrations, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Prototype solutions, gather user feedback, and iterate on products while reviewing, testing, debugging, and optimizing code.
• Support and mentor stakeholders in the safe and effective use of AI-assisted development practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional Python software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, testing, maintainability, and scalable application development.
• Experience building APIs, automation solutions, internal tools, or web applications with modern Python frameworks.
• Strong SQL, database design, and data modeling skills.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and familiarity with LangGraph, Agent SDKs, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
