Senior AI/ML Engineer (GenAI & Platform Intelligence)

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning models and GenAI capabilities across cloud, edge, and on-premises environments.
• Develop LLM-powered product features, including intelligent copilots, automated diagnostic analysis, smart recommendations, and natural language interfaces.
• Build scalable, high-performance inference and deployment architectures for heavy production AI workloads.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, accuracy, latency, and reliability in live environments.
• Implement AI-assisted developer tools that improve software delivery, code generation, automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish AI engineering standards and governance while mentoring engineers on emerging AI technologies and responsible AI usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience and 5 years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning solutions.
• Fluency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience building and integrating Generative AI and Large Language Model solutions.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus software architecture, secure APIs, data pipelines, and production deployment practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, and advanced prompt engineering.
• Experience deploying and optimizing AI solutions in edge, embedded, or IoT environments.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, drift detection, and AI governance.
• Familiarity with industrial controls, automation systems, smart infrastructure, or enterprise IoT.
• Experience supporting Agile/Scrum product teams.
