People Systems Analyst (Workday): Supporting the configuration, administration, testing, and continuous improvement of Workday modules and related People Systems with an accent on BAU support, data quality, and stakeholder enablement. Focus on building configuration components, troubleshooting integrations and reports, managing release testing, and delivering system enhancements under the guidance of senior analysts.

What you will do
- Support the configuration, administration, testing, and optimisation of 1–2 Workday modules.
- Build and maintain business process steps, condition rules, calculated fields, and other configuration components.
- Provide BAU support, investigate system issues, analyse root causes, and escalate complex cases.
- Support EIB-based data loads, integrations, data validation, reporting, and analytics requirements.
- Contribute to Workday releases, enhancements, projects, testing cycles, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Work with HR, People Operations, People Analytics, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve system adoption and user experience.
Requirements
- Good experience configuring and administering Workday, ideally across 1–2 modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Time & Absence, Talent Management, or Recruiting.
- Experience with Workday enhancements, configuration changes, testing, issue resolution, business processes, reporting, and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with Report Writer and EIBs; exposure to calculated fields and security concepts is desirable.
- Experience with testing cycles, release management, or structured change control environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain system requirements and issues clearly.
- Workday certification or formal training in relevant modules is desirable.
