Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday)

What you will do

• Support and maintain the Workday HRIS, serving as the subject matter expert for Recruiting, VNDLY, and Talent.
• Design, configure, test, maintain, and enhance HR business processes.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
• Support Workday reporting, security configuration, EIBs, calculated fields, and condition rules.
• Coordinate requirements and system enhancements with HR and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Document configurations, processes, issue resolutions, testing, and release changes.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of HRIS experience with Workday.
• Prior experience supporting Workday Recruiting, VNDLY, and Talent functional areas.
• Workday certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Workday Reporting and Security, business workflow, system configuration, and software implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of United States human resources regulations and laws, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Azure, ServiceNow, or similar technology experience.
• Workday Pro certifications or additional Workday training.
• Experience supporting other Workday functional areas, benefits, and compensation cycles.
