Supplier Manager

Location: Winsted, Minnesota, United States; hybrid schedule with telecommuting permitted two days per week; 25% domestic travel and potential international travel.

Annual base salary: $119,163–$144,000, plus eligibility for a 10% performance incentive.

What you will do

• Manage supplier relationships, projects, and internal stakeholders across the United States and global hirify.global Processing Systems.
• Lead sourcing activities and deliver components for site production and customer projects.
• Execute supplier strategies in line with company policies and procedures.
• Drive supplier assessment, validation, and selection.
• Lead supplier contract negotiations and manage ongoing supplier relationships.
• Analyze costs and spending and represent Supplier Management in cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience with the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, category or strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
• Experience using SAP Ariba for supplier collaboration, performance tracking, spend analysis, contract negotiation, and contract management.
• Experience using SAP, Power BI, Docusign, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.
• Work visas and relocation are not sponsored for this position.
