Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python + React)

Location: Poland; remote or office work available

What you will do

• Architect and deliver scalable full-stack solutions with Python on AWS and React.
• Make technical decisions covering system design, cloud infrastructure, and integration patterns.
• Design and optimize RESTful APIs, data flows, databases, and AWS infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers across six parallel projects to deliver reliable solutions.
• Resolve complex issues across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure layers.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and drive testing, CI/CD, and documentation practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience architecting and building full-stack applications with Python and React.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
• Experience designing scalable RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong database design experience across relational and NoSQL systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience mentoring engineers, leading technical discussions, and communicating across cross-functional teams.
