Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python)

Location: London, hybrid; work from home is available on Mondays and Fridays, with office attendance expected on other days.

What you will do

• Build and ship internally facing web applications for Central Operations.
• Develop robust automations that help Operations teams support customers efficiently at scale.
• Deliver features used daily by Operations teams and contribute to the technical direction of the function.
• Work with Product, Data Science, and Analytics to apply AI and LLMs to operational challenges.
• Improve customer-support workflows, including complaint processing and operational quality assurance systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python in a web application context and experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and a modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong engineering practices, including design patterns, testing, clean code, and effective code review.
• Previous experience working in a product-focused team.
• Interest in learning about and experimenting with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Availability for the hybrid London working arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
• Exposure to Domain-Driven Design, message-driven systems, and event sourcing.
• Experience with AWS, SQL, data schemas, or containerized software using Argo, Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform.
• Experience with CSS and Tailwind.
