Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid work combines working from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices for the majority of the week. Travel to client offices or other locations is required as needed.

What you will do

• Design and develop MVPs and prototypes for digital innovation initiatives.
• Build scalable backend services with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Develop frontend applications with JavaScript or TypeScript and React, Angular, or Vue.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and cloud services into rapidly developed solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into functional software.
• Contribute to proof-of-concept development, testing, code reviews, documentation, and version control across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data engineering or building scalable, reliable, high-performance data systems.
• Proficiency in Python and experience developing frontend applications with JavaScript or TypeScript and React, Angular, or Vue.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate technical solutions effectively.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw and travel to client locations as needed.
