What you will do

• Research the UK&I facilities management industry, market trends, competitors, and customer segments.
• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global objectives and local market needs.
• Plan campaigns across online and offline channels to increase brand awareness, credibility, and lead generation.
• Build strategic partnerships and grow the regional community.
• Support the sales team with marketing initiatives targeting high-value accounts.
• Engage regional customers, improve loyalty and retention, and optimize performance against revenue and growth targets.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of marketing experience in the SaaS industry.
• Experience with project management, partnership programs, marketing budgets, and campaign effectiveness measurement.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong writing, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, research markets, and create tailored messages for different segments.
• Balanced creative and analytical approach with a proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset.
