Product Marketing Manager (AI & Platform)

Salary: £95,000–£130,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own positioning and messaging for AI and platform capabilities.
• Drive product launches end to end, from narrative and naming through launch assets, documentation, enablement, and post-launch adoption.
• Use the product deeply, build working demos and AI-powered tools, and develop a credible technical understanding of the platform.
• Conduct customer and prospect research, analyze Gong calls and community feedback, and map the competitive landscape.
• Translate product insights into website, documentation, campaigns, content, and conference materials.
• Equip the go-to-market team with battle cards, objection handling, demo narratives, and defensible proof points.

Requirements

• Previous ownership of positioning, launches, or messaging for an AI product or feature.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar.
• Technical fluency sufficient to read API documentation, collaborate with engineers, and explain systems clearly.
• Experience positioning complex products for technical buyers, such as developer tools, infrastructure, platforms, or security products.
• Strong writing skills and an ability to simplify complex subjects without losing accuracy.
• A thoughtful, skeptical understanding of current AI capabilities and market claims.

• AI product, internal tool, side project, or prototype shipped for use by others.
• Experience writing developer documentation or collaborating closely with documentation teams.
• Public speaking or writing for a technical audience, particularly about AI.
• Experience integrating AI into marketing team workflows.
