International Strategy and Marketing Lead (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid role with regular travel across European markets, up to 30%, currently focused on Germany and France

What you will do

• Own go-to-market strategy for markets across the EU, identifying effective channels, customers, and messaging.
• Manage partnerships with local agencies across strategic marketing, content placement, AEO, research, and events.
• Conduct on-the-ground market research and synthesize consumer and competitive insights.
• Identify and develop new marketing and distribution channels and partners.
• Translate global strategy into local European execution in partnership with international GTM and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand, agency, or GTM strategy at a high-growth company.
• Experience managing agency relationships from strategic briefing through execution and performance review.
• Strong market research and insight synthesis skills.
• Experience identifying and developing new marketing or distribution channels.
• Ability to operate independently in a strategy-building and execution-focused role.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across European markets.

Nice to have

• German and/or French fluency.
• Experience using AI tools and identifying automation opportunities in GTM workflows.
