Sr. MLV Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Drive continuous yield improvement and reduce scrap rates through process capability enhancement.
• Create, update, train, and implement PCN, PFMEA, SOP, BOM/RT, datasheet, and drawing documentation.
• Lead material cost reduction projects and support new product development from P1 through full-stage Cpk and yield analysis.
• Mitigate quality risks and customer complaints by improving process capability and troubleshooting process issues.
• Identify and mitigate EHS risks related to product materials and process design while maintaining personal and process safety.
• Conduct Tier 2 meetings, process audits, daily Gemba walks, operator and technician training, customized parts release, and engineering sample management.

Requirements

• Experience with metal surface processing involving aluminum, copper, tin, or silver, and injection processes using LCP or PPS.
• Knowledge of SPC and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
• Ability to solve mechanical, electrical, electronic, material, and process problems using technical principles.
• Experience with Six Sigma tools including FMEA, DOE, and MSA; Green Belt certification is preferred.
• Ability to improve intelligent manufacturing through process digitalization and workflow optimization.
• Strong technical communication, presentation, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
