Senior Process Engineer (Medical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Establish standard operating conditions and SOPs for production lines.
• Lead product development, protocol, validation, and defect-elimination activities.
• Coordinate with engineering to improve the efficiency and reliability of production equipment.
• Improve batch-record processes and analyze production performance, including quality, output, material consumption, labor efficiency, and energy use.
• Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions.
• Support shift operations, new-project FAT, equipment installation, startup, and validation while coordinating daily quality control with QA.

Requirements

• College degree in medical, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in a medical-related industry.
• At least 4 years of manufacturing experience with a strong technical background.
• Good command of written, spoken, and reading English; English proficiency is required for collaboration with overseas colleagues.
• Ability to maintain strong operational discipline, make decisions, collaborate effectively, and drive continuous improvement.
