Manufacturing Technology Engineer

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain die-cutting processes for thermal interface material products.
• Prepare quotations, sample designs, tool designs, bills of materials, and released drawings.
• Improve process capability through process-flow optimization, fixture and equipment development or upgrades, and outsourcing-process improvements.
• Support new product and material introduction through capability verification, risk analysis, flow charts, PFMEA, and SOP documentation.
• Resolve production and quality issues, determine root causes, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Provide cross-site technical support, share manufacturing technology, and audit production processes against ISO/IATF16949 requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or a similar field.
• Experience with TIM products and thermal pad cutting processes is preferred.
• Skilled in CAD and Pro/E for product, tool, and fixture drawing design.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and design of experiments is desirable.
• Exceptional fluency in spoken and written English is required.
