Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid with most teams meeting in the office 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Own and maintain production code from day one.
• Turn vaguely defined problems into working solutions by asking clarifying questions and validating decisions.
• Learn unfamiliar codebases quickly and document undocumented systems.
• Use AI as a practical engineering method and verify its output before shipping.
• Participate in code reviews, apply feedback, and support the growth of other engineers.

Requirements

• Experience building projects beyond formal assignments, with a clear understanding of the decisions and contributions involved.
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate recent growth in an unfamiliar area.
• Ability to explain systems to people outside the engineering field.
• Comfort distinguishing personal contributions from team or tooling contributions.
• Willingness to ask questions, learn from failures, and work outside a comfort zone.
• CV required in English.
