VP Product - POS (AI)

What you will do

• Set and execute the POS product strategy across hospitality, retail, and service.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-team Product organisation.
• Own the roadmap and balance the needs of multiple verticals without fragmenting the core platform.
• Drive merchant growth, product adoption, payments attachment, revenue, and other commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and go-to-market leadership on product and technical trade-offs.
• Present product strategy, roadmaps, and major investment decisions to executive and board-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of Product experience, including at least 4 years leading Product Managers across multiple teams or verticals.
• Direct experience with POS, vertical SaaS, commerce platforms, or payments.
• Ownership of a product P&L or clear revenue and retention metrics.
• Experience scaling a core platform that drives adjacent revenue through payments, add-ons, or financial services.
• Experience operating products across multiple countries or markets.
• Strong people leadership, technical depth, data literacy, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality or retail technology.
• Experience with embedded payments, fintech, SMB products, payments infrastructure, or AI-powered product development.
• Experience in a high-growth or private-equity-backed environment.
