Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with an expectation to be in the office at least three days per week
Salary: EUR 38,000–64,000 gross annual base salary for a full-time role, plus potential performance-based annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead and oversee the outsourced Technical Accounting team delivering Credit Control activities.
- Monitor service levels, quality standards, targets, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as the central contact for credit control matters.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies with global teams and Operational Excellence.
- Provide analytical insights for governance and regulatory reporting while identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Manage the external service provider relationship and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant operational experience in corporate insurance, insurance broking, or financial services.
- Proven experience in credit control and Technical Accounting.
- Experience managing third-party providers and improving operational processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English required; applications and CVs must be submitted in English.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, with an analytical, structured, detail-oriented, and adaptable working style.

- Experience in corporate insurance or Technical Accounting third-party management.
