What you will do

• Drive the development and implementation of global sustainability strategies and measurable ESG programs.
• Manage and maintain the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System across UK and Spain operations.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting activities, including SECR, CDP, EcoVadis, and internal ESG dashboards.
• Collect, validate, and analyze Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data to track carbon reduction progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Procurement, and Facilities to embed sustainability into business operations.
• Prepare reports and papers for Executive Leadership regarding sustainability performance and risks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Malaga office (Hybrid role).
• Around three years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG, or environmental management.
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and standards such as ISO 14001, CDP, EcoVadis, and SECR.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in environmental data analysis and report writing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CSRD, ISSB, TCFD, and the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
• Experience with greenhouse gas accounting and corporate decarbonization strategies.
• Familiarity with UK and international environmental legislation.
