Change Management Specialist (Operational Excellence)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; the role supports deployments across Warsaw, Barcelona, Nice and Madrid.

What you will do

• Define change approaches for operational excellence initiatives, including impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and readiness analysis.
• Build and execute change, communication and training plans for new processes, tools and ways of working.
• Manage change agents and super-users, and facilitate workshops and feedback loops.
• Apply ADKAR/Prosci, Kotter or similar change management frameworks alongside project management practices.
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs, identify performance gaps and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership and Business Lines to support governance and decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in change management, ideally in operational excellence, transformation or large-scale deployment projects.
• Knowledge of structured change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience engaging diverse audiences across departments and sites in a cross-cultural, multi-site environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking adoption and performance KPIs.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
