Marketing Project Lead (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects supporting the Kidney Care portfolio.
• Translate marketing and commercial strategies into actionable plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate Sales, Market Access, Marketing, vendors, and other stakeholders while managing dependencies and deliverables.
• Oversee marketing programs, trade shows, webinars, and launch activities, including budgets and post-initiative evaluations.
• Track KPIs, project performance, risks, mitigation plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Integrate market intelligence, competitive insights, customer needs, and business priorities into project execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or commercial project coordination.
• Proven ownership of project delivery and experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action plans.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, deadline management, and proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree.
