Finance Operations Analyst

hirify.global is building commercially scalable and safe hirify.global robots, including the HMND-01 Alpha platform for industrial pilots.

What you will do

• Process supplier invoices across multiple entities and currencies, including coding, approvals, and purchase-order matching.
• Prepare weekly multi-currency payment runs and maintain complete approval and audit trails.
• Own supplier onboarding, vendor master data, bank-detail verification, compliance checks, employee expenses, and corporate cards.
• Deliver AP cutoffs, accruals, aged creditors analysis, supplier statement reconciliations, and support bank reconciliations and month-end close.
• Produce supplier spend, payment, AP ageing, and working-capital analysis for cash management and finance reporting.
• Support automated procure-to-pay workflows, PO-based purchasing, three-way matching, spend-tool integrations, and process documentation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or accounts payable, ideally in a fast-growing or multi-entity environment.
• Experience with modern spend and AP platforms such as Ramp, Payhawk, or Tipalti, and ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Xero.
• Strong attention to controls, accuracy, segregation of duties, and audit trails.
• Confidence using spreadsheets and finance systems to identify trends, errors, and improvement opportunities.
• Highly organised, process-driven, and comfortable with high volume, ambiguity, and a fast-scaling startup environment.
• Ability to work on-site in London, UK.
