Management Accountant

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per year

What you will do

• Support month-end close across multiple UK and US group entities.
• Prepare management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations, accruals, deferred revenue, WIP, and intercompany accounting.
• Process transactions and maintain controlled ledgers across Xero and NetSuite.
• Support scalable automation across payables, revenue, payroll, and the general ledger.
• Prepare audit files, respond to auditor queries, and help stabilise newly acquired entities.

Requirements

• Part-qualified or newly qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accountant.
• Experience with month-end close and management accounts, ideally across multiple entities.
• Working knowledge of Xero and/or NetSuite, or strong general ledger systems experience.
• Solid understanding of reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany accounting.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment and communicate with non-finance stakeholders.
