What you will do

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through targeted sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain talent pools aligned with current and future consulting needs.
• Qualify candidates by phone, assess skills and motivations, and coordinate next steps with managers.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process as their main point of contact.
• Match candidate profiles to business needs and maintain accurate follow-up in recruitment tools.
• Develop job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or candidate management, ideally in consulting, technology, or an international environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, professional networks, and recruitment reporting tools.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate qualification methods, and market mapping.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage several recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
