Talent Acquisition Partner (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 80,000–95,000 gross annually

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for an assigned portfolio across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define workforce needs, candidate profiles, recruitment strategies, timelines, and interview processes.
• Develop sourcing plans using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, talent pipelines, and direct sourcing.
• Screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods.
• Advise stakeholders on talent-market trends, compensation considerations, selection strategies, and recruitment best practices.
• Support candidate communications, employer branding, recruitment marketing, career events, and talent-community initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment and multiple requisitions across varied business functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, relationship management, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office; Workday ATS knowledge is preferred.
• Successful employment is conditional on obtaining an Enhanced Reliability Clearance from the Federal Government.

• Experience recruiting for pharmacy, healthcare, operations, technical, or corporate functions.
• French and English bilingualism.
