Bilingual Recruiter (EN/FR) (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid in Mississauga, Ontario, with office attendance 1–2 days per week

Salary: CAD 82,600–103,300 per year, plus eligibility for corporate bonus programs.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing and salaried corporate positions.
• Lead high-volume recruitment for manufacturing facilities to support supply chain operations.
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, HR teams, talent acquisition coordinators, and vendors.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, advise hiring teams, and present diverse candidate slates.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Improve Canadian hiring workflows, reporting accuracy, and recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent written and verbal English and French are required.
• At least 3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience with high-volume hourly and salaried requisitions.
• Hands-on hourly recruitment experience in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, networking, active listening, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment laws and labor practices.
