iOS Team Lead (Swift)

Location: On-site five days per week in Richardson, TX; Dallas, TX

What you will do

• Lead the technical direction and delivery of client engagements as a hands-on iOS project leader.
• Design, implement, test, and deliver Swift applications for large-scale consumer banking experiences.
• Build and modernize mobile capabilities for customer onboarding, account management, and money movement.
• Guide architecture, development practices, technology adoption, and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, product owners, users, technologists, and Lab49 leadership.
• Develop greenfield mobile capabilities for new markets and evolving regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience designing and building complex commercial-grade software systems.
• 4+ years of experience leading Agile teams.
• Proficiency in Swift and native iOS development with SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Experience in consumer banking, including account management and onboarding.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, mobile CI/CD pipelines, and mobile UI/UX best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with fraud management, KYC, AML, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with on-device biometrics, AppConfig community standards, and enterprise app distribution.
• A strong portfolio of released App Store applications.
• A Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience using and responsibly adopting AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Claude Code, or Copilot.
