HSE Lifting Specialist (f/m/d) (Offshore)

What you will do

• Develop and implement internal operational control documents and standards for lifting activities.
• Provide HSE support and review documentation for offshore lifting operations.
• Support training development and competency frameworks for site-based lifting personnel.
• Track lifting-related incidents, support investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide HSE expertise to lifting equipment design and support Sales and Procurement with lifting-related queries.
• Promote lifting safety culture and contribute to international safety committees and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Recognized health and safety qualification, such as an NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent.
• Recognized lifting operations certification, such as CPCS A61, LEEA AP, NCCCO Lift Director, or equivalent.
• Experience developing procedures and guidelines for lifting operations and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of lifting legislation, standards, equipment maintenance, inspection, and thorough examination.
• Experience investigating incidents involving mechanical handling activities, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective measures.
• Leadership experience in technical governance and safety-critical environments, with strong communication and influencing skills.
