Project Manager (Game Development): Managing a portfolio of internal transformational projects and leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to successful delivery with an accent on governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and transparent reporting. Focus on coordinating complex programs, tracking costs and dependencies, facilitating decision-making, and improving project management methodologies across the organization.
Location: Remote from Poland or Ukraine

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of internal programs and projects aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Establish project governance, portfolio reviews, decision-making forums, and reporting routines.
- Track timelines, costs, risks, dependencies, and expected business outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration among sponsors, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and other contributors.
- Improve project management methodologies, templates, documentation, and delivery practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, business operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing complex cross-functional projects or programs from initiation to closure.
- Experience with PMO structures, project governance, portfolio management, or standardized delivery methodologies.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with risk, issue, dependency, and change management, as well as project costs, budgets, and business cases.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher and Ukrainian.
