Senior Technical Program Manager (Agentic AI)

Location: Ukraine — fully remote

What you will do

• Own integrated programme plans across multiple workstreams, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and acceptance activities.
• Lead the delivery lifecycle of Agentic AI use cases from discovery and value definition through design, development, evaluation, pilot, release, and monitoring.
• Coordinate developers, business analysts, architects, QA specialists, security specialists, and workstream leads.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, changes, resources, budgets, forecasts, and delivery acceptance.
• Build relationships with business, technology, and executive-level client stakeholders and act as the main coordination point between the client, leadership, and delivery teams.
• Prepare programme reports and lead governance meetings, steering committees, workshops, programme reviews, and executive presentations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project, programme, or delivery management within complex software, data, cloud, or digital transformation environments.
• Experience leading complex enterprise AI, Generative AI, or Agentic AI programmes with multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.
• Practical understanding of agent orchestration, tool and system integration, human-in-the-loop controls, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams and senior client stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of programme planning, risk, issue, dependency, scope, change, resource, budget, and acceptance management.
• Professional fluency in English and the ability to work remotely from Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Agent 365, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, identity, and security services.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, AI governance, security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Consulting or professional services experience, including fixed-price engagements and formal change control.
• PMP, CPMAI, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
