Senior PMO Manager

What you will do

• Own complex PMO and transformation initiatives from problem definition and analysis through solution design, implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Develop company-wide project, program, delivery, governance, and cross-functional management practices.
• Diagnose systemic delivery and management problems using data, stakeholder input, project assessments, and structured analysis.
• Design governance mechanisms, decision-making processes, controls, metrics, and feedback loops that improve business outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders, Delivery, Engineering, Operations, and other functions to drive organizational change and stakeholder alignment.
• Measure implemented solutions, identify gaps, and strengthen project and delivery capabilities through mentoring, training, assessments, and knowledge development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT Project, Program, Delivery, or PMO Management with strong hands-on delivery experience.
• Strong project and program management skills covering planning, governance, dependencies, risks, decision-making, execution control, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, transformations, governance improvements, or organizational change.
• Strong analytical thinking, business judgment, stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguity, influence without formal authority, and drive initiatives through adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English required.

Nice to have

• PMI or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with project, program, portfolio, or organizational maturity models.
• Experience designing or evolving PMO governance and operating models.
• Pre-sales or client-facing consulting experience.
• Practical experience using AI and automation to improve management, delivery, analytics, or operational workflows.
