People Systems Senior Analyst (Workday)

What you will do

• Configure, test, optimize, and support assigned Workday modules across areas such as Core HCM, Compensation, Time & Absence, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
• Build and maintain business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, security configurations, and other system components.
• Deliver system changes through structured release management, testing, validation, and defect resolution.
• Support Workday integrations using tools such as EIBs and Core Connectors, collaborating with IT and third-party vendors.
• Develop and maintain standard and custom reports and dashboards while supporting data integrity and governance.
• Lead smaller Workday projects or workstreams and provide guidance to junior analysts and administrators.

Requirements

• Strong Workday configuration and administration experience across at least two SKUs or modules.
• Experience delivering Workday enhancements, configuration changes, and smaller-scale implementations.
• Good understanding of Workday business processes, calculated fields, security concepts, and structured release cycles.
• Hands-on experience with EIBs and Report Writer; integration experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Relevant Workday certification is desirable.
