Senior Manager, Business Transformation Process Integration (SAP ERP)

Location: Onsite/hybrid in Zug, Switzerland, with alternate locations in Beerse, Belgium; Cork, Ireland; Latina, Italy; and other listed EMEA hub sites. On-site work is required at least three days per week, with up to two remote days. The role may require 25%–50% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end business process mapping, scenario definition, integration, and design adherence across supply chain functions.
• Support the development, maintenance, and governance of the global SAP ERP template and program methodology.
• Ensure processes and capabilities are designed, documented, integrated, and deployed within agreed timelines and scope.
• Lead Design Authority Meetings, identify design risks, and coordinate mitigation activities across program teams.
• Manage cross-program process interdependencies, controls, governance cadence, business simulations, and readiness validation.
• Prepare program updates and recommendations for senior Innovative Medicine stakeholders while partnering with global supply chain experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent university degree is required; an MBA is also suitable.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including progressive leadership in operations, supply chain, finance, or large transformation programs.
• Experience in business process design, engineering, optimization, and hands-on project delivery in complex environments.
• Experience with large-scale SAP ERP projects and complex global system environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional decision-making, influence stakeholders, negotiate, and build senior business relationships.
• Professional written and verbal English proficiency is required, together with the ability to work onsite at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• PMP, FPX, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma, or Process Excellence certification.
• Experience leading operational technology processes in a global organization.
• Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated-industry experience.
• People management and development experience.
