What you will do

• Translate business and commercial priorities into digital initiatives supporting customer needs and Sales objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Digital Specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects across Home Therapies and Acute Therapies.
• Manage digital tools, platforms, and initiatives supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate project status and ensure deliverables meet quality, IT security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Digital Manager, Digital Project Manager, or in a similar role; healthcare or medical technology experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Digital Technologies, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Strong digital technology knowledge and project planning, execution, risk management, monitoring, and reporting expertise.
• Experience working with commercial and customer-facing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with EMR/EHR integrations, digital health platforms, or telemedicine solutions.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector.
