Senior Delivery Project Manager (Retail)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex IT and retail projects from planning through deployment and rollout.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and financials.
• Manage customer relationships, governance meetings, status reviews, executive reporting, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate software development, implementation, and support teams across international locations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensure quality and governance standards, and improve business processes.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities through customer presentations, proposals, Statements of Work, and solution discussions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects in customer-facing environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• PRINCE2 certification or an equivalent project management qualification.
• Experience managing budgets, project financials, and profitability.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional-level English communication skills, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, especially Point-of-Sale environments.
• Knowledge of retail technology solutions and software implementation projects.
• Experience managing international projects and multicultural teams.
