Frontend Software Engineering Manager (Hands-On) (React)

What you will do

• Lead delivery of a high-conversion self-service product for onboarding B2B wellness partners.
• Architect and oversee experimentation infrastructure using Growthbook for parallel frontend and backend A/B tests.
• Manage the architecture connecting TanStack, React, and TypeScript frontend applications with Kotlin/AWS backend services and Salesforce CRM/ERP workflows.
• Establish modern software development lifecycle standards and drive AI-assisted coding, reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Lead and support a cross-functional squad of six engineers, including four frontend and two backend engineers.

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in English for collaboration with distributed global teams.
• Experience directly managing or leading cross-functional software engineering teams in high-growth, product-driven environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Kotlin or Java, AWS, React, and TypeScript, including coding, pull request reviews, and system design.
• Deep understanding of microservices and micro-frontend architectures at scale.
• Practical experience with A/B testing, experimentation, feature-flagging tools, telemetry, and tracking.
• Active integration of AI-assisted development tools is mandatory, including tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.

Nice to have

• Experience with Growthbook, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or similar experimentation platforms.
• Experience using AI tools to improve engineering velocity, code review, testing, and documentation.
