Technology Lead (Frontend)

What you will do

• Define and drive end-to-end frontend architecture using component-driven development, design systems, micro-frontends, monorepos, and modern deployment models.
• Lead and contribute to scalable, high-performance web applications built with Next.js, React, and Contentstack, including optimized SSR and SSG experiences.
• Integrate AI tools and methodologies into development workflows to improve engineering velocity, testing automation, and code quality.
• Translate Figma designs into accessible, pixel-perfect, and resilient enterprise applications in partnership with design, strategy, and product leadership.
• Mentor engineers, establish technical standards, and guide CI, testing, security, and accessibility practices.
• Communicate architectural decisions to client leadership and technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience leading and developing large-scale web applications, preferably in agency or consulting environments.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, frontend architecture, micro-frontends, monorepos, and design systems.
• Hands-on experience with Contentstack or enterprise headless CMS platforms, SSR, SSG, state management, and performance optimization.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, modern build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment platforms.
• Practical experience integrating AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI-assisted code reviews, or LLM/API integrations.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1+ level is required. Strong communication, business acumen, collaboration, accessibility, security, and software design skills are expected.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Agency or consulting experience and a track record of delivering solutions for global organizations.
