Junior Talent Partner

Location: Hybrid role based in Ghent, Belgium

hirify.global is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up building a cloud-based Transport Management Platform for logistics companies, using AI to automate manual tasks and optimize transportation operations.

What you will do

• Manage recruitment cycles from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, and other channels.
• Conduct first interviews focused on motivation, potential, and culture fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for Customer Success roles such as Account Manager, Customer Support, Business Analyst, and Onboarding Manager.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to employer branding through job content, career pages, and social media posts.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience; strong motivation to learn may be considered in place of experience.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Strong interest in technology, SaaS, or scale-up environments.
• Curious, proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering quality recruitment outcomes.

Nice to have

• Affinity with Customer Success or the logistics and transport industry.
