What you will do
- Serve as Principal or Person in Charge for Cronos projects, leading initiation, execution, and closeout.
- Oversee project governance and compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Project Manager Analysts.
- Allocate resources, balance workloads, and coordinate performance across multiple projects.
- Facilitate governance reviews, risk assessments, issue escalation, and executive status reporting.
- Ensure timely project deliverables, financial reconciliation, documentation, archiving, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in clinical research, project management, or study operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with project governance, process improvement, team management, and clinical research compliance.
- Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with Smartsheet, SAP, or SharePoint is preferred.
- Work location: Barcelona, Spain.
