Finance Business Partner - Commercial Finance

Location: Madrid, Spain; attendance at the Madrid office twice per week is required

What you will do

• Act as the finance partner for Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, flash planning, variance analysis, and performance management.
• Evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of commercial initiatives, promotions, Trade Marketing, and MDF investments.
• Prepare monthly management reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and actionable business insights for senior management.
• Support commercial negotiations, business cases, pricing topics, and profitable growth initiatives.
• Maintain financial data quality and support SAP, Anaplan, process improvement, automation, and audit activities.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, or Business Controlling.
• Experience in multinational environments and with SAP and Anaplan.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, scenario analysis, profitability assessment, P&L, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Domo.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is required.

• MBA or Master’s degree.
• Experience using Power BI.
