iOS Team Lead (Swift)

Location: On-site, five days per week in Richardson, TX

What you will do

• Lead the technical direction and delivery of client engagements.
• Design, implement, test, and deliver native iOS applications using Swift.
• Build and modernize consumer banking experiences covering onboarding, account management, and money movement.
• Develop new mobile capabilities for market expansion and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, product owners, designers, users, technologists, and leadership.
• Promote strong architecture, development practices, new technologies, and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience designing and building complex commercial software systems.
• 4+ years leading Agile teams.
• Strong Swift skills and native iOS development experience with SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Consumer banking experience, including account management and onboarding.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, mobile CI/CD pipelines, mobile UI/UX principles, and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with fraud management, KYC, AML, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with on-device biometrics, AppConfig standards, enterprise app distribution, or released App Store applications.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience using and responsibly adopting AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Claude Code, or Copilot.
