Commercial Analyst (Electric Vehicles)

Octopus Electroverse is building a global electric vehicle public charging platform and an all-in-one B2B fleet electrification service.

What you will do

• Project-manage tender responses from initial intake through submission, coordinating Business Development, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
• Analyse customer data and complex bid requirements to develop clear, data-backed commercial proposals.
• Build and maintain a verified response repository covering product capabilities, security compliance, SLAs, and commercial terms.
• Manage the tender evaluation matrix and prioritise scalable, high-impact opportunities.
• Own the tender pipeline in the CRM, tracking deadlines, win/loss metrics, and post-bid debriefs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in bid analysis, commercial operations, proposal management, or analytical commercial strategy.
• Strong written English is required.
• Experience analysing customer data and commercial models with confidence in numerical work.
• Strong organisation and project management skills, including coordination of multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Process-driven, autonomous, and comfortable building repeatable systems in an unstructured environment.
• Interest in decarbonisation and accelerating the transition to electric vehicles.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B technology, fleet management, EV mobility, energy, or technology-enabled services.
