What you will do

• Advise HR colleagues and business stakeholders on pay, incentives, benefits, and pensions.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, benchmarking, data management, and reward governance.
• Maintain pay structures, job evaluation processes, and grading frameworks.
• Administer and continuously improve incentive schemes and benefits programmes.
• Support benefits renewals, provider relationships, cost management, and day-to-day operations.
• Prepare reward insights and reports to support HR and leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR advisory work with reward exposure.
• Confidence working with data and presenting clear, practical insights.
• Experience supporting benefits administration and renewals across multiple providers.
• Hands-on knowledge of insured benefits such as private medical, dental, and life assurance.
• Understanding of reward principles, salary benchmarking, and job evaluation.
• Strong organisation, stakeholder advisory, prioritisation, and escalation skills.
