Talent Acquisition Partner (Business Operations)

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to understand hiring needs and communicate market trends.
• Own recruitment processes from initial sourcing through offer and completion.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines using direct sourcing and varied search techniques.
• Manage candidate communication and deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams to improve hiring practices and deliver projects and OKRs.
• Use AI tools such as Claude to make hiring processes more efficient.

Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience for specialist roles in operations, public affairs, commercial functions, or similar areas.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including close partnership with hiring managers.
• Experience with search and sourcing techniques and building talent communities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and projects while prioritising effectively.
• Experience contributing to employer branding initiatives is required.
