Senior Application Support Analyst – Data Management Software

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with up to 2 remote days per week

Work with a leading financial services organization on secure legal, regulatory, and external data access for banking professionals.

What you will do

• Provide Level 2 application support for Batica and resolve incidents according to business priorities.
• Conduct functional and technical investigations, including root cause analysis of recurring issues.
• Coordinate changes and enhancements with development teams and business stakeholders.
• Monitor incident trends and contribute to problem management initiatives.
• Support production stability, system health, performance, migration activities, and data access improvements.
• Document incidents, resolutions, recommendations, and operational knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in application support or related data management roles.
• Strong technical skills with MongoDB, ASM logs, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and configuration management.
• Ability to produce reports and communicate with technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
• Fluent communicative English and French at B2 level.
• Existing legal right to work in Europe is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with API platforms and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of banking or financial-sector data environments.
• Certifications in IT service management or relevant technologies.
